I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and hold a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Counseling.  

I firmly believe that establishing a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship with my clients is crucial for achieving positive therapeutic outcomes.  

I strive to build a therapeutic relationship where my clients feel comfortable speaking and engaging continuously in our sessions. I am also equally engaged with my clients. My work with clients primarily draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy. At the same time, I keep in mind that no one approach works best for every individual and the challenges they bring to their counseling sessions.

My clients can expect me to do everything possible to assist them with their challenges and to uphold the level of professionalism they expect and deserve. They will be able to see early on that I have their best interests at heart.
